The Health Sandbox initiative commenced in 2020 aimed to facilitate the National Technology and Innovation Sandbox (NTIS) initiative. This platform assists innovators in improving and enhancing their innovation. This safe environment within the healthcare facility space allows innovators to troubleshoot matters for improvement. Currently the MOH facilities which is involved in this initiative include Tunku  Azizah Hospital, Kuala Lumpur and Cheras Rehablitation Hospital, Selangor which are coordinated by the Clinical Research Centres.
